Skipton Castle Encampment

I visited my daughter in Skipton and after a craft morning we explored the castle under guidance of my grandson who had visited with his class in the autumn.Being a bank holiday there were extras to enhancethe experience. At the encampment were demonstrations of shoe construction a smithy, beautiful weaving and some fun wooden games to try.
