Holy moley and the crackers

We got to Knayton late. Ione & Giles party was already in full swing, but we did manage to get a pizza from the mobile oven. The band, Holy Morley and the Crackers, were amazing.

It's a long drive from Edinburgh - 3 and a half hours of A1/A19 pain. That came on top of a packed day of weeding and other household activities. The major achievement was making up a set of new frames for one of the hives.

Claire spent the afternoon in the safety boat at Musselburgh, so I took the bus in and met her at Elm Row. Her hay fever is bad, but it sounds like she had fun pushing the rib to its limit.
