well no holiday for us thanks to BA and Tata Consulting and I'll bet there was some BT involvement in there!  There was no information all day, just people wandering around not know what to do.

At least once we managed to find our way out of the Airport after 7 hours we could at least go home (minus luggage).  I really feel for the people stuck there.
