The pack

On the afternoon walk. This morning husband and were up and off early to check on the cow and calf from yesterday thankfully she had managed to feed herself no problem so we let them go out with the herd again. Then we had to bring in a bullock with a swelling on its face once we got him in the crush to hold him still we could see the two pin holes from an adder bite. He has had treatment and is quite sore the poor boy.

Then we went back home and cleaned out the pet lamb pens as they are all outside now. We also rigged some sheep gates onto the livestock trailer and put the sheep decks down as we are off on a trip to collect sheep tomorrow.
