Deep Pink

I believe this cute, colorful little flower is Dianthus armeria, a flower native to Europe.  It is classified as a perennial here, but was growing as a wildflower at Patuxent Research Refuge.  Osuzanna and I went this morning thinking we would look for birds, but found the weather was worse than predicted.  So we changed to our macro lenses, which was just as well, since it's Tiny Tuesday.
