This running lark...

This mornings run/jog was a short, flat, five miler.
And it was raining.
So then, it's back down to earth with solo early morning runs and, on the one hand, enjoying the civility of this kind of life, and regressing to the delights and whinges of running up vertical trails in a warm and foreign clime.
