Cordyline Blossom, and a Bee

Well I think it's a Cordyline (and not a Phormium). Mine don't often flower like this and when they do it's usually just before they die. Anyway, running late on a blip and had noticed earlier today that this plant (whatever it is) is in full flower. What is new this evening is that there are dozens of bees on the blossom, doing I suppose what bees do. None of them staying still for more than a nano second. Hence the blur.
