Thistle flower

Church in the morning, then after lunch we went for a bike ride, but rather than heading for the bike trail as usual, today we drove over to Miami Whitewater Park, and cycled the Shaker Trace trail. The skies were looking slightly threatening, but fortunately it remained dry. I didn't take many shots on our ride, but I did stop to photograph this thistle flower, so that is what I bring you today.
