949. Cutie always makes me smile....

Apologies for posting a photo not taken today but my camera batteries and chargers are still missing in our lost luggage which could be anywhere as BA don't have a clue!

This one was taken with a dying battery on my LX-15 I'm trying to conserve my GX8 battery as we are going on holiday next week for a few days and I want to actually get some decent photos whilst we are away...

Arron will be 2 years old next week and he's such a live wire...so much fun and laughter with him and he has lifted our spirits immensely...took this on Monday when we went out for lunch with him and his Mom....he's full of nonsense....

Back to several phone calls a day to BA to try and find our missing cases but as each day passes I'm giving up hope of ever seeing my stuff again....have started the tortuous process of trying to itemise everything for our insurance company...but what woman remembers every single item of clothing she stuffs in a case for her holiday?

I'm particularly gutted because the insurance company insist on either a receipt for items (who keeps knicker receipts for ones bought months ago?) or proof of me wearing the item in a photo...(no not posing in knickers!).  I did however have a gorgeous Armani rain coat in the bag that I bought from a charity shop and it was such a bargain...worth more that £300 so over the single item limit for our insurance and I am trying to find a photo of me wearing it...but...I did Blip a photo of our suitcase before we set off to Gothenburg and low and behold that photo shows the coat folded up in the suitcase so I might be in with a chance of claiming something back for it....

There are worse things happening around the world just now and another bombing in Kabul this morning so there are so many people much worse off than me so I think I should stop moaning now!
