Coot chicks among the lilies

I spent the morning moving televisions and peripherals around the house and trying to work out how to connect them up differently.  After a lot of head scratching, I finally determined what would work with what and put them all back as they had been, pending the purchase of a new television.  I walked in the afternoon but not far as it just aggravates my knee which does not seem to be improving.  I saw this family of coots as well as a muntjac deer dead across the path and being consumed by maggots.  I smelt it before I saw it.  I decided it would not make a very pleasant blip.
