Holly Blue

Went for the early morning walk with Chris and Clover this morning before setting off home. Chris is superb at finding great flora and fauna for me to photograph. She pointed out this beautiful holly blue feeding on a buttercup. It is a very small butterfly and she said blue ones are rare, didn't realise they were hairy too.
A good journey home only one short holdup then shopping, washing and a bit of gardening. It all looks nice but the cat has been in, I'm sure they know when you're away, I think Mrs HCB would agree.
