Bottoms up

Well I did have one ....  or two alcoholic beverages at lunch time with my lovely French friend who is back here for a couple of months - yay, I've really missed her.  We've had a great day together with her, her husband, daughter and two delightful grandsons.  The day past by in a flash and when I left I had a really bad headache, not sure if it was the wine ...... or the thundery weather?? but definitely needed a breath of fresh air so wobbled down the canal path in search of the swans and their babies, none to be seen today but plenty of busy bees about their business.

Just as I got home the heavens opened but there hasn't been
any thunder, yet ..... must have been the wine then!!
