Thursday: Evening in the Harbour

We have had all weathers today. Yesterday was roasting hot, in the middle of the night we had the storm of all storms, this morning we had heavy rain and then this evening we have have been experiencing the Bura, the strong wind that you get when two climates clash......apparently.  But we have enjoyed them all and have really liked having some variety.  The wind had been almost frighteningly fierce at times.

Our meal out tonight was very ample and K. had a lot of steak left over. We decided to take the left overs to give to some cats we had seen.  While walking back to our accommodation we heard the bells jangling on the cats' collars so K. flung the meat in the general direction of the bells. I should probably point out that she is still without her glasses, having left them at our last stop......anyway, the cats' bells turned out to be a woman's dangly accessory on her handbag........I don't think she was very impressed at having meat flung in her general direction........
