End of another long day

And the end of week eleven as an employee once again. In some ways it feels much longer, and that I have been doing this for a long time. Certainly, there has been a lot to do, and a lot to learn (and relearn). Stability seems just around the corner. And then I round the corner to find the way forward is under water, blocked by high blockades, or the path is strewn with traps, spikes or just potholes.

Overall, I remain of the opinion that taking on this task (which I am now 20% through) was the right decision. Helped, no doubt, by knowing that I have a four day weekend with Monday being a day off in "honour" of her Imperial Majesty.
