First day at nursery

Kerr started nursery today! As you can see from the photos, he was rather excited and raring to go.

When we arrived he simmered down a lot, and tried to cover his eyes and hide behind my legs a bit. However, he was introduced to his group - the blue group, and toddled away with them while I went to the parents room and to fill in some paperwork.

He had only to stay for 45 minutes today so it seemed like it was over in a flash. He did a painting, had a snack, got his photo taken for next to his coat peg and then it was home time.

He wasn't raving about it but did seem to enjoy it. However he told me another girl pushed him and said he wasn't in the blue group, and he insisted that he didn't push her back. I'm not sure if any of this story is true or not, but he seems happy to go back again tomorrow!
