inspired by a tree stump

I always enjoy a wander round Sue and Jeff's garden. It is full of trees, shrubs and flowers as well as the occasional surprise.
They live in the Peak District National park and so have to seek permission to remove trees from their garden. A conifer had outlived its useful life and was overshadowing the back of their house. Permission was granted and the stump now makes an interesting feature in its own right.
