Bee buffet

Lovely walk in the Cotswold countryside with the girls today. I had done my fitbit paces by lunchtime. 
Then a visit to the dentist for an unexpected filling. If I could go back and give my younger self advice it would be to eat less sweets and look after my teeth better as a child. Though I probably wouldn't have listened!
