Red kite

For some reason there have been six red kites flying low over our garden and in the fields all day.  We're wondering if they are escaping the limelight of Springwatch!  They are just down the road at Sherborne Estate which was one of our favourite places to walk Holly dog.  We are looking after our neighbour's dog Archie today and while walking him in the fields just now they were swooping down really low - hence my blip for today.
