Hey June, you are supposed to be a summer month! We got hails and sleet, and it also rained. The highest temperature was +7°C. And there’s no indication of balmy summer weather in sight. Nevertheless, it's warm enough for violets! Apple trees will also bloom soon.

May was an exceptionally cold month, as we noticed. According to the Finnish Meteorological Institute, the last time May daytime temperatures were this low was in 1969.
