Appreciating some time alone. Breakfast in a cafe I used to frequent about a decade ago.

Had a dreadful experience having a filling replaced today. I think they used 4-5 anaesthetic injections and they asked if I wanted to stop as it hurt. I couldn't drink water after as I was so numb and spat the 'do you want to have a rinse?' mouthwash across the dentist's floor due to mouth numbness. I'm rather hoping I can get my grit back soon.
