To those in the know - what's missing here?

Technically this shouldn't be a blip as the original pic is from June 30th - but I had my first lesson in photoshop today (is that a blip crime too? :-) and put someone important in this pic who was actually at the back and didn't hear the photographer say a group pic was about to be taken and was upset not to be in the photo as they were actually present. Understand? Simples...
