Lady Blackbird

Took this on an after dinner walk. The light was not great but I love her patterns. This is the female redwing blackbird.

Good day today. Went to support group and talked and listened. I'm feeling surprisingly good so I found I could support other folks today and that felt good. Afterwards the meeting a group of us went to Luna Bistro for an early dinner. It was prime rib night and I was served the largest piece of roast beef I've ever had. I could only eat about one third. The rest is now in the fridge and will be part of two more dinners I am sure.
