Enormous Poppy

This is the biggest poppy I have ever seen. There were several large ones (see extra) and they were all as big as a large dinner plate. Unfortunately the wind caught a petal and flicked it upwards on this one. Although you can't see the size properly, I loved the way the middle blue stamens were peeping out, like blue eyelashes, and no, they are not growing in my garden, more's the pity.
