A WALK ON THE WILD SIDE
It was the Wild Girls' midsummer walk and meal last night. Margaret (leaning against the spoon handle) led us around a local nature reserve and then back for an excellent pub meal. I didn't pay enough attention as to what this particular installation is all about, and I can't find it online, but the holes in the sieve (background), and the slotted spoon (foreground) are arranged so that if you're there after dark and put a light inside them they project the constellations. And there's a knife with peas on the end of it (not visible in the photo) which aligns with the sunrise at the Summer Solstice (I think - but I'll have to go back now and find out more).
