Puddocks!!!

Not too sure what this is all about but it looked intriguing.
A puddock is an old Scottish word for a frog.
It could be that it's a folk music event - or an exhibition of some sort.
But as they say, all will be revealed.
The billboard is at one of the stations on the Glasgow subway.
