What is it?

I know it is not an authentic old fashioned ladybird..so what is this intruder found on my old blackcurrant bushes this afternoon?  There were several.  I hope they are not doing any damage.

How humid it has been this afternoon.  I feel as if I am living in a tropical country.  

An extra of Jack's favourite clematis.  This is growing on our falling down pergola which I hope will be rebuilt in the coming weeks. I hope it wont get damaged.
