Main Road - Gigha

I was on the island of Gigha until early afternoon.   The sun shone and the place was at its green best : not for nothing is it known as "God's island".

This is the main road going north from the village of Ardminish.  I was on my way to Tarbert farm to see the new dairy and sample the excellent milk which is now being sold on the mainland  under the marketing brand of the "Wee Isle "as illustrated in my extra photo.  It is proving extremely popular.
