Delicate blooms

We've been up to visit my parents for a couple of days to help celebrate Mum's birthday so I am behind with posting and commenting.  We arrived back late last night and today I have been catching up with chores and a mountain of ironing.  The last ten days or so I have been troubled with a very painful right knee, a recurrence I think of a runners knee I suffered quite a number of years ago.  Thinking it was a bit better I tried a class at the gym this morning but it was still painful so have made an appointment with the physio next week.  Feeling frustrated as it's curtailing my exercise activity which is an integral part of my daily routine.  Hopefully it will resolve quickly!!
