Back to work today and an old member of staff has returned and got promoted. Enough said. J worked from home so we could get the boiler fixed. Not sure it is yet but we will have to see. Headed over to see Theresa Tate from Muscle and Movement at Ratho for a massage on my calf. There was a massive knot in it and she managed to get most of it out after an hour. Will have to go back before my 10K on Arran. Light was good over the local fields when I left
