Dove's Nest

This morning we went to the Rail Trail at Station Road in Amherst for the first time  this season. With migration mostly past there wasn't much going on.  The only nest I found was this Mourning Dove's, wedged between two trunks nearly fifteen meters up (40+ feet). Much lower down and smaller scale was the caterpillar in the extra, which makes a nice composition (I call it "Veering Off").
