Oyster Catcher
Blip mate and I had fun at the wharf this morning watching the seagulls lined up on a fence, fascinated by what was on the other side. I laughed when I read Riwaka7's story - it was so just what it looked like. I have put a similar couple into the extras - the first one shows the extent of the numbers of seagulls involved and the second one looked like a front row of chorus girls, ready to start with their skirts held high.
There was a seal frolicking in the water just too far away to capture and the white heron was also just too far away - but right beside me was this glossy little Oyster Catcher and he is my Blip today.
