I felt like destroying something beautiful

these are the three packages that arrived at my house today within about two hours of each other.
none of them being my laptop, of course.
i called dell and after about twenty minutes of frustration and talking to various computerized voices, i finally talked to a human. then the phone's battery died. so i had to restart the process. finally spoke to another person to find out that my "system exchange" request is still being processed and hasn't been sent yet. of course.

all i can say is that it would be really spectacular if i could have a laptop before sunday when i go back up to school. thanks.
but it would have been even better if i hadn't spilled water on it in the first place. oh well.
