Fairytales and nightmares.....

The day started very well indeed... a beautiful morning with the trip home ahead via Inveraray to meet the lovely wee mothershipton.  So good to meet her in the flesh and just loved her chattiness and the fabulous tour she gave us around the enchanting village.  Inveraray is well known for its jail... and for the fairytale Inveraray Castle, ancenstral home to the Duke of Argyll, chief of the clan Campbell.   

But..... a warning light came on in the car, and after a most very friendly and helpful garage owner in the village gave her the once over, she was deemed not safe to drive.  So a loooooooong wait for the recovery vehicle (I mean a veeery looooooong wait) .....to carry the poor thing back to Bingers... and to drop us off at Glasgow airport to pick up a hire car.   Arrived home around midnight..... in true Cinderella style... but a bit grumpier than her probably....

Good to be home.... Chino cuddles :)))
