Spaced...

A day spent in pain.

My neck pain graduated to my head and left me with a migraine all day. It was sore to the point of me feeling nauseous all day, and so spaced out.

By home time it was starting to ease - I no longer felt sick and less spaced out.

More painkillers taken and an early night.
