Come Into My Parlour
Come into my parlour the she-wolf whispered in the shimmering heat and unfortunately this beautiful blue Azure Damselfly flew in. With a bite that paralyses, venom injected through it's fangs, the prey is rendered totally powerless. It was all over in seconds.
Last night's rain had cleared the air which was clear, crisp and cool and in the silence of the early morning the canal bank was fluttering with the chorus of tiny birds all busy either nest building, feeding or just singing with joy. It felt good to be out in the sun.
