Water Lily

I thought I had everything I needed in my backpack this morning ..... purse, camera, phone, sunglasses, spare camera battery and a thin waterproof jacket just in case. L and I set off for a visit to the grounds and gardens of Dumfries House.

First stop was for coffee and half a scone and then we headed for the pond which has some beautiful water lilies. I took the camera out of the case .... wrong camera with only enough battery charge for 3 photos ..... so here is the best of the very small bunch.  Lesson learned .... check what camera is in the case or carry spare batteries for both cameras just in case.
