Is it me or is this dog laughing?

This was a portrait photo taken of my jack russell. It's quite a strange photo but then again it look's a bit funny. My dog does have the tendency to do this. The main figure is just off centre and slightly blurred with green surrounding in the outward thirds of the picture.
