Island Art

Another day and another park run.  Shaved a few seconds off my fastest time too.  

Then it was out for a large and tasty breakfast before I headed out to visit some open studios on Mersea Island.

This wasn't part of any of the work on show but I didn't take any photos of that.   I also went and had a look in the lifeboat station and spoke to some of the volunteers who crew.  Really interesting.  I don't think I would like to be under the capsized boat however quickly it can flip itself back.
