Spliced

The tenor bell rope broke just before we away and Matthew didn't gave time to splice it back together and reinstall so the ringers have been with the 6th bell for a couple of weeks but all good now.

The ropes are about 15 years old so they are getting to that age when breakages would not be unusual. Thankfully it broke in a place where it could be spliced back together and should now give a few more years service!
