The Scandanavian Question?

All ships in this blip from the harbour this morning are from Norway.  Are they here is support of the election candidate who is claiming that there is no legal proof that Orkney and Shetland are part of Scotland let alone the UK?  If he wins he vows not to take his seat in Parliament as it would be illegal to do so.
