View from the 555

We had to take the bus to Grasmere for our races today. All mod cons with WiFi and charging points! Plus of course wonderful views from the front seat. This is heading up to Windermere.

My son ran 5.7 km and I tackled the incredibly hilly 10 km Grasmere Gallop along the edge of Loughrigg, Rydal Water and Grasmere. Pleased with 1 hour 15 in the heat.

Back for part of the route on the open top bus which is a lot of fun!
