Tug

Very frustrating morning trying to decide what to do today....lots of options but didn't really want to do any of them, and so much indecision around what feel like major choices. In the end T&K asked if we wanted to go to the local country show so A and I decided to give it a go. Very nostalgic old English event with axe throwing, pet competitions, tractors for kids to sit on, lots of food trucks and several rounds of tug of war....the effort on their faces! Heston loved meeting all the other dogs, but a shame we arrived too late for him to enter the 'handsomest dog' competition - clearly he'd have won (extra)!
Bought some roses for their gardens on the way home then chilled out... the day ended better than it started!
