Soon to be salsa......

.....having a bit of a day in the kitchen in preparation for a family party tomorrow (the nephew is on R&R leave from Afghanistan and his parents have a French holiday wine lake that needs some urgent attention!) I'm helping out on starters and sides so I'm doing salsa (EDIT: no, make that 'scadding-hot' salsa, I maybe overdid the chillies!), lemon and coriander hummus, spicy sesame potatoes and flatbreads (assorted).....when I've washed last nights dishes that is.......
