I wasn't on cooking duty and responsibility fell to daughter # 2 to have it ready in time for me to watch the opening match of the 2017 British & Irish Lions tour of NZ.  She cut it very fine, along the same lines as these ingredients!!  It was a win/win/win - I had a lovely dinner, the Lions won, and our team of provincial ":no-names" put in an admiral performance against the seasoned pro's.
