On his hands and knees

Domestic chores were on the agenda today - including shopping, which I very much dislike - and in the afternoon Daníel busied himself with some more work in our backyard.  This time he was shoveling the gravel, getting rid of weeds and rearranging the paving slabs we use as a tiny patio.
 
Looking forward to sleeping on a new pillow tonight. My physical therapist said the memory foam pillow I've been using for the last three years might be adding to the pain in my neck and shoulder so obviously I have to try something different. So much for comfort and support from those technical ergonomic products, eh?
