Harting Down

South Downs Way Relay - I don't think I have done this since 2010, but I got roped in this year at short notice. Having been very reluctant and anxious about it, I had a great day: up at 3.15am; at Beachy Head for 5.15am; in action from 6am; 3 fast runs over the Downs; arrived in Winchester 7.23pm; home by 10.30pm - exhausted!
