Usnea sp.

Rain - sunshine - rain. A mixed day of sunshine and showers.  Local park provided this during one of the dry spells.

A fruticose beard lichen of the genus Usnea.

Exact species ID is not possible without close inspection with a hand lens or more powerful instrument, however, the commonest species is Usnea subfloridana so I am attributing it to that for now.
