Alien

A combination of feeling a little better and an improvement in the weather meant we had a venture down to the beach.

After a few minutes of playing in the water, we realised that there were a few jellyfish washed up (there had been some storms locally last week which had apparently caused this). As the weather started to turn, we decided to head back in but not before getting a few shots of them. Especially this one that lay to rest in a perfectly spherical form.

Apologies in advance for those of you who might be a bit creeped out by them. I think there's some tragic beauty about them.
