'The Stage Door' next door to the performing arts theatre where our very clever, talented young Granddaughter Keely (turns 16 in August) danced her little leggies off, she performed in 6 dances, 2 Tap Troupe, 2 hip hop and two Open Dance themes, one of which was 'Dancing In The Rain' with umbrellas and claps of thunder and lightening with the sound of 'fake'rain, amazing! its a wonder she didn't take off like Mary Poppins, such a delight to watch, clap and cheer at.
Of course in these venues these days no photography allowed, i didn't even dare risk a sneaky shot in case i was ejected from the theatre.
Thank you my Darling girl for giving us such wonderful memories of your youthful energetic dancing.
She laughed when i told her beforehand what Aunty Ann (Anniemay) says as i do before we exercise our legs to oblivion, just tell those leggies to "shut up' if they ever get tired ....
