6 legged spider

He's only got 6 legs so is he still a spider?

Poor thing. 4 legs on one side and just 2 on the other. He keeps spinning a web across our dining room window and as he's been there for some time I am guessing he's not too hindered by it.

Couldn't get a really good shot with phone or camera which is a shame.
